12 oz. unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp. almond butter
1/2 cup organic strawberries, frozen
1/2 tsp. peppermint spirits
2 tbsp. chia seeds
2 scoops Vital Proteins Grass Fed Collagen Peptides
1/2 cup frozen spinach
Vanilla stevia to taste
Sliced strawberries for garnish (optional)
1) Add all ingredients to Vitamix or other high-speed blender and blend until well combined.
2) Pour into a bowl and garnish with sliced strawberries, if desired.
