3 cups frozen organic raspberries
2 tbsp chia seeds
Vanilla stevia drops to taste, if desired
1) Add raspberries, chia seeds, and water to a saucepan stirring constantly over medium-low heat.
2) Let raspberry mixture simmer while stirring frequently, until chia seeds gel and mixture has a thick, jam-like consistency, about 10-12 minutes.
3) Remove mixture from heat and add stevia drops to taste, if desired.
4) Transfer jam to a 16 oz. mason jar and refrigerate overnight.
5) Serve and enjoy!
