1 head Romanesco, cut into florets
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 Meyer lemon
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
Himalayan pink salt
1) Heat olive oil over medium heat and add Romanesco florets, salt, lemon juice and red pepper flakes.
2) Sauté until Romanesco is tender and lightly golden.
3) Adjust salt to taste.
4) Serve and enjoy!
