Dairy-Free Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap

Vegan Caesar Ingredients

1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini paste
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup purified water
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tbsp. Annie’s Organic Horseradish Mustard
1 tsp. coconut aminos
1/2 tsp. lemon rind, zested
1 clove garlic
Himalayan pink salt and ground, black pepper to taste

Vegan Caesar Directions

1) Add ingredients to Vitamix or other high-speed blender and blend until emulsified.
2) Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
3) Set aside for use with Chicken Caesar Salad Collard Wrap!

Wrap Ingredients

1 large collard green leaf
3 oz. organic rotisserie chicken, shredded
3 tbsp. Vegan Caesar
1/4 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1 tbsp. Parma! Vegan Parmesan Garlicky Green
1 tbsp. red onion, chopped
Himalayan pink salt and ground, black pepper to taste

Wrap Directions

1) Add all ingredients (other than collard leaf) to a bowl and mix until combined.
2) Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
3) Place collard green leaf on a cutting board and shave stalk to approximately the same thickness of the leaf.
4) Fill the center of the collard leaf lengthwise with chicken salad mixture.
5) Fold collard green leaf inward over the chicken salad and roll into a wrap.
6) Cut wrap in half.
7) Serve with your favorite side salad and enjoy!
