Fig Walnut Collagen Smoothie Bowl



12 oz. unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup organic figs, chopped
2 tbsp. chia seeds
2 scoops Vital Proteins Grass Fed Collagen Peptides
2 tbsp. walnuts
2 large handfuls fresh, organic spinach
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. Ceylon cinnamon
Stevia to taste
Figs for garnish (optional)


1) Add all ingredients other than garnish to Vitamix or other high-speed blender and blend until well combined.
2) Pour into a bowl and garnish with figs, if desired.
3) Serve and enjoy!
