Pomegranate Salsa

Pomegranate Salsa Ingredients

8 oz. pomegranate seeds
1 Meyer lemon, juiced
2 tbsp. yellow onion, chopped
1 tbsp. jalapeno, de-seeded and finely chopped
2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
Himalayan pink salt and ground, black pepper to taste

Pomegranate Salsa Directions

1) Toss ingredients in a bowl until combined.
2) Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
3) Serve and enjoy!
