Cranberry Fig Balsamic Sauce Ingredients

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup coconut nectar
1 10-oz. bag of frozen cranberries
1 cup black Mission figs, de-stemmed and chopped
1 sprig fresh rosemary

Cranberry Fig Balsamic Sauce Directions

1) Combine ingredients in a saucepan, stirring occasionally, and cook over medium-low heat until cranberries begin to burst and sauce is thickened, approximately 15 minutes.
2) Remove from heat and toss rosemary.
3) Allow sauce to cool and then transfer to a bowl.
4) Refrigerate until ready to serve.
5) Serve and enjoy!

Makes approximately 2 cups.
