Curried Pumpkin Hummus


Curried Pumpkin Hummus Ingredients

1-15 oz. can of organic chickpeas, drained, rinsed, and patted dry (BPA-free)
1-15 oz. can of organic pumpkin puree (BPA-free)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. coconut nectar
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Himalayan pink salt to taste
Vegetables for dipping
Pumpkin Seeds for garnish (optional)

Curried Pumpkin Hummus Directions

1) Add chickpeas, pumpkin puree, coconut nectar, curry powder, cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and salt to a food processor and process until smooth.
2) Leaving food processor on, slowly drizzle olive oil into hummus until fully incorporated.  
3) Adjust salt to taste. 
4) Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, if desired.
5) Serve with your favorite vegetables and enjoy!
