Hibiscus Chai Collagen Smoothie Bowl



2 oz. full fat, organic coconut milk
10 oz. hibiscus tea, chilled
1 cup frozen organic cauliflower rice
1/2 cup organic raspberries, frozen
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 tsp. fresh ginger
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. Ceylon cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cardamom
1 scoop collagen peptides
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Vanilla stevia drops to taste (optional)
Bee pollen for garnish (optional)


1) Add all ingredients other than garnish to blender and blend until well combined.
2) Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with bee pollen, if desired.
3) Serve and enjoy!
