Rosemary Thyme Lavender Almonds



2 cups organic, raw slivered almonds
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp. dried culinary lavender flowers, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. fresh thyme, chopped
Fleur du sel


1) Add olive oil, lavender, rosemary and thyme to a large bowl and stir to combine.
2) Add almonds to olive-oil herb mixture and toss to coat.
3) Sprinkle almonds with fleur du sel.
4) Spread almonds on the tray of a dehydrator, and dehydrate at 115 degrees until herbs are completely dry.  
5) Serve and enjoy!

Makes about 2 cups.
