Vegan Caesar Kale Chips

Vegan Caesar Ingredients 

1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini paste
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup purified water
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tbsp. Annie’s Organic Horseradish Mustard
1 tsp. coconut aminos
1/2 tsp. lemon rind, zested
1 clove garlic
Himalayan pink salt and ground, black pepper to taste

Vegan Caesar Directions

1) Add ingredients to Vitamix or other high-speed blender and blend until emulsified.
2) Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
3) Set aside for use with Vegan Caesar Kale Chips!  

Vegan Caesar Kale Chips Ingredients

1-10 oz. package of pre-cleaned, organic kale, chopped
Vegan Caesar
Himalayan pink salt and ground, black pepper to taste

Vegan Caesar Kale Chips Directions

1) In a large bowl, toss kale with enough Vegan Caesar to coat. 
2) Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
3) Place kale chips in dehydrator at 115 degrees F and dehydrate until dry and crunchy, about 6-8 hours.
4) Serve and enjoy!

Makes about 6 cups.
