Hot Turmeric Pumpkin Seed Collagen Milk



16 oz. homemade pumpkin seed milk
3 tbsp. collagen peptides
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. fresh turmeric
1/2 tsp. fresh ginger
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. cardamom
Vanilla stevia drops to taste


1) Add pumpkin seed milk to a small saucepan and heat over medium-low heat until hot.
2) Transfer pumpkin seed milk to Vitamix or other high-speed blender and blend will all additional ingredients until ingredients are thoroughly combined and mixture is steaming when blender lid is removed, about 3 minutes. 
3) Adjust stevia to taste. 
4) If your blender doesn’t heat mixture sufficiently, after blending, transfer to a saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat.
5) Simmer for 2-3 minutes, turn off heat and pour Hot Turmeric Pumpkin Seed Milk into two mugs.
6) Serve and enjoy!
