Pesto Zoodles with Grilled Chicken



4 large zucchinis
1-8 oz. package of Basil Tops Dairy Free Chia Seed Pesto
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup almonds
1/2 cup arugula
2 pieces grilled chicken
2 tsp basil, chopped


1) Spiralize zucchinis to create zoodles and add to bowl with pesto sauce.
2) Mix zoodles and pesto until zoodles are well coated.
3) Add hemp seeds, almonds and arugula to zoodles and toss. 
4) Separate zoodles onto two plates and top with grilled chicken.
5) Sprinkle basil on top of chicken. 
6) Serve and enjoy!
