Sautéed Peas, Onions & Pea Tendrils



1/2 cup red onion, sliced
10 oz. English peas
1 cup of pea tendrils
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
Himalayan pink salt and ground, black pepper to taste


1) Heat olive oil over medium heat and add onion.
2) Sauté until onion is tender and lightly golden.
3) Add peas, salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
4) Turn off heat and immediately toss peas with pea tendrils.
5) Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
6) Serve and enjoy!

Serves 4-6.
