Truffled Artichokes Ingredients

2 artichokes, trimmed
White truffle flavored extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling.
Himalayan pink salt to taste

Truffled Artichokes Directions

1) Steam artichokes with the stem side up until tender, about 30 minutes.
2) Cut artichokes in half.
3) Drizzle artichokes with truffle oil.
4) Sprinkle artichokes with salt to taste.
5) Serve and enjoy!
