Spicy Turmeric Greens Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 cup organic full fat coconut milk
2 tbsp. coconut water kefir
2 tbsp. collagen peptides
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 cup purified water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. fresh turmeric
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 cup cucumber
1/2 cup frozen organic spinach
1/2 cup fresh organic parsley
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt

Directions

1) Add ingredients to Vitamix or other high-speed blender and blend until emulsified.
2) Refrigerate until chilled.
3) Remove from refrigerator and stir together any ingredients that have separated.
4) Pour into a glass.
5) Serve and enjoy!
