A Thanksgiving Feast Makeover
Thanksgiving is the quintessential American holiday—a time to come together, give thanks, and celebrate with a beautiful meal.
While the traditional feast is a beloved part of the holiday, many classic dishes leave people feeling unwell or leave out those with dietary restrictions.
With a few thoughtful tweaks, you can create a beautiful Thanksgiving meal that’s both nourishing and inclusive—without sacrificing any of the celebration.
I’ve created a full menu that does exactly that: every recipe is gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and refined sugar–free, with fresh takes on classic favorites. A few dishes use chicken broth, but they can easily be adapted with vegetable broth for vegan or vegetarian guests.
All of the recipes are up—I can’t wait for you to try them.
Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful, nourishing Thanksgiving.
Warmly,
Jennie
